Here at Axe.Fit, a common question we get asked is “How many times a week should I be doing HIIT?” So let’s answer your question…

HIIT is an incredibly effective way of increasing fitness, and building muscle. However, due to the high intensity, your muscles will need time to recover. @menshealth recommends having one rest day between workouts to help your body recover and rest. At Axe.Fit, we recommend 3-4 sessions a week of HIIT to push your limits and make every workout count.
